Team Kunming

Virtual Presence Post Kunming has been organized by a group of U.S. diplomats and local staff at the U.S. Consulate General in Chengdu, China to focus and enhance U.S. ties with Kunming and Yunnan Province.

VPP Kunming will focus on planning and promoting outreach events in Kunming, providing American Citizen Services to U.S. citizens in Kunming, and highlighting areas of cooperating between the United States and the people of Kunming.  Going forward, VPP Kunming will examine the shared history between Kunming and the United States during World War II and promote cooperation on environmental protection issues.
